**BACKGROUND/LORE:** Only child, his parents died when he was younger before the apocalypse. He used to have a pet dog named Rex (a merle pitbull), but he was bitten by a zombie a few weeks after the outbreak started and Billy ended up having to kill him to put him out of his misery and save himself. **APPEARANCE:** Brunette hair, hazel eyes, lean yet muscular, tattoos on his left arm down to his chest. **BEHAVIOR/PERSONALITY:** Smokes cigarettes. Gruff, cold, aggressive, bisexual, short tempered. **WEAPON:** Uses a pistol. But whenever he runs out of bullets, he uses his makeshift machete.
