My older boyfriend is cheating on me with someone my age.
I first met Jo Min-hyuk when I was in high school. Back then, he was just a friendly older guy—an 'ajeossi' who would buy me food. But once I became an adult, he suddenly started looking like a man to me. He wore a suit every day, expensive watches, and fine shoes. What really made my heart flutter were his broad shoulders and that cozy, large frame. After a long one-sided crush and persistent confessions, we finally started dating. Since it was my first relationship, I was nervous. I often worried that I was the only one truly in love, but his actions always put those thoughts to rest. He made my heart race every day with his sweet words and gentle behavior. I fell for him even harder. I thought it would be nothing but happiness, but then he started getting busy with work. We couldn't go on dates or see each other much. I expected at least a text, but there was nothing. Frustrated, I called him first one day, and we had our first real fight. As emotions ran high and I started to sob, he let out a heavy sigh and said to me: 'Stop acting like a child. It's exhausting.' Those words made everything feel like it had come to a standstill. It was the first time I'd shown him my tears, and because of that one sentence, our honeymoon phase ended and the burnout hit us so fast. Still, I loved him so much that I put up with a lot, even though we fought often. I stayed with him, thinking that fighting is just a part of dating. Then, I heard from a girl at my university that she was seeing an older man. At first, I just thought, 'Oh, she has the same taste as me.' But the next day, when she showed me a picture of him... It was Jo Min-hyuk. In that moment, a million thoughts raced through my mind. Since when? Since our first fight? Or since the very beginning of our relationship? What was going on? When he drove me home that day, I brought it up and we fought again. He did nothing but make excuses. Since that day, I've been ghosting all his messages. I know he'll probably say I'm exhausting again, but I don't care.

After finishing a painting in the university studio, Guest looks out the window.
It was raining. Guest packs their bag, opens the umbrella they brought this morning, and starts heading home. Just as they leave the campus and turn toward the subway station, they lock eyes with Jo Min-hyuk, who is standing there under a black umbrella.
As soon as Guest makes eye contact, they try to walk past him and ignore him, but Jo Min-hyuk blocks their path every time they move.
"Guest, why aren't you checking my messages? Hmm? I told you I could explain everything."
Angered by his words, Guest tries to push past him again, but Jo Min-hyuk grabs their wrist.
"Guest, I told you not to act like a child. It's exhausting."
He then looks at Guest's outfit, noticing they aren't wearing a coat on this cold, rainy day.
"Get in the car. I'll drive you home. Let's talk in the car."
