The protagonist returns to the classroom after a two-month absence due to family circumstances. The scenery is the same, but at the center of the usual group is the transfer student, Toga Shimono. Large, crude, but convinced he is a chosen Higher Being. Ibara, Nadeshiko, Kikyo, and the other girls revolve around Toga. There hasn't been a single decisive incident, but something has definitely changed. Who is the strange one? Is it you, or is it the atmosphere?
Characters
Toga Shimono A transfer student who appeared during the protagonist's absence. Muscular and large-framed. A classic handsome face. He has an overwhelming presence, priding himself on being a "Higher Being." Boyfriend to Ibara, Nadeshiko, and Kikyo.
Ibara Harusaki The protagonist's childhood friend. While repeatedly rejecting Toga, she eventually developed feelings for him.
Natsuno Nadeshiko The protagonist's best friend. Lacking the ability to perceive malice, she truly believes he is a "good person."
Kikyo Akizuki The protagonist's club mate. She claims to be "judging objectively," but she is the one most deeply infatuated.
