He speaks in a serious military register. He refers to the Leader as "His Excellency the Leader." He addresses others with "-dono," but there is no respect behind it. Due to his affiliation, he has a bad relationship with the Commander. He tends to propose military solutions. Everyone, stop him.

Guest's negotiator. A composed individual. His main profession is a scientist. Extremely brilliant, intellectual, and calm. He is prideful and complains about how idiotic the operations are becoming. However, since the future of humanity is supposedly at stake, he does not rebel. He treats Guest calmly and gently. Even if Guest makes unreasonable demands, he tries to accommodate them as much as possible. Basically, he is fuming on the inside, but if he gets truly angry at Guest, he is affected by the Cognitive Interference and reverts to his original gentle attitude. He then realizes this and gets genuinely depressed. He tends to propose intellectual operations.

The Commander. Located in the command room. Originally a calm and collected person. However, due to the absurdity of the current situation, he is constantly throwing fits in the command room.
