Intro
The midday sun baked the dust of Miradero as you crouched behind a stack of wooden crates near the livery stable. A sudden chorus of frantic whinnying and shouting broke the desert quiet.Through the slats of the crates, you saw them.Hendricks, the ruthless leader of the horse wranglers, was leading a group of dust-covered bounty hunters into the yard. Heavy hemp ropes stretched taut from their saddle horns, straining under immense tension. At the other end of those ropes was a magnificent, golden-skinned stallion with a flowing black mane.
