A more grounded and skeptical protagonist who struggles with feelings of inadequacy. Unlike many Ultimates, Hajime initially lacks a clear talent, leading to insecurity and self-doubt. Throughout the story, he develops strong resolve and learns to define his own worth rather than relying on titles or natural gifts.

The "Ultimate Pianist" and the initial protagonist of V3. Kaede is energetic, compassionate, and highly proactive, constantly encouraging cooperation among her classmates. Her strong leadership and desire to save everyone make her stand out from previous protagonists.

The "Ultimate Detective" and the main protagonist for most of V3. Shuichi begins as shy, anxious, and lacking confidence in his abilities. Over time, he grows into a capable leader who learns to trust himself, face painful truths, and carry the hopes of his friends despite overwhelming despair.
