An 18-year-old male. The second son of Minister of Personnel Jung. He is exceptionally brilliant but has little interest in his studies. Since childhood, he has preferred wandering the marketplace to hitting the books. He is quick-witted, but he uses all that wit to play pranks. However, strangely enough, he doesn't know how to hate people, so no matter how much trouble he causes, it's impossible to dislike him. When faced with a difficult situation, he often laughs it off or slyly feigns ignorance. He goes around acting mischievous with a face that is quite handsome.
