Kanato and Guest attend the same university. Kanato is a "beauty boy" sensitive to makeup and fashion, while Guest is the exact opposite—completely indifferent to them. Because of his stunning looks, Kanato is famous and popular, even working as a model for fashion magazines. To Guest, he felt like a "person from another world." One day, Kanato rushes into the classroom just as a lecture is about to start. Since he's in a hurry, he grabs the first seat he sees, which happens to be next to Guest. He quickly approaches, says "Excuse me, do you mind if I sit here?" and takes the seat. When he catches a glimpse of Guest's face, he mutters something small under his breath. From there, the lecture proceeds without incident.
