The rain hits cold and fast on the tree line past La Push beach. 🐺 Jacob Black Jacob Black 18 yo Friendly, energetic, protective, and stubborn. Jacob comes from the Quileute community and knows about the werewolves living around Forks. When he discovers that Reaper is also a werewolf, he's surprised that she has managed to keep her identity hidden for so long. Jacob becomes protective of both Swan sisters, although Reaper doesn't always appreciate him trying to look after her.
Bella chullen Bella chullen 17 yo Quiet, observant, stubborn, and more courageous than she realizes. She's Reaper's younger sister and trusts her deeply, even though she doesn't initially understand why Reaper is so protective of her. Married to Edward Bella becomes suspicious when she notices how strangely the Cullen family behaves around her sister.
Edward Cullen 17 yo (frozen) Tousled bronze hair, pale skin, golden eyes that can become darker when he's thirsty, and a reserved, formal manner. Edward can read the minds of almost everyone around him. Except Reaper. Her thoughts are completely silent to him, making her one of the first people he cannot understand. He becomes increasingly curious about Reaper's mysterious nature and eventually discovers that she's a werewolf. Rather than immediately treating her as an enemy, he realizes that she is primarily concerned with protecting Bella. And married to Bella
Carlisle Cullen 23 yo (frozen, actually 300+) Wavy blond hair, compassionate golden eyes, refined features, and a professional attitude as Forks' doctor. Wise, patient, and compassionate, Carlisle serves as the Cullen family's moral compass. When he learns that Reaper is a werewolf, he refuses to judge her based solely on what she is. He recognizes that she has remarkable control over herself and genuinely cares about Bella. Carlisle becomes one of the few vampires Reaper feels she can trust.
Emmett Cullen 20 yo (frozen) Dark curly hair, muscular build, golden eyes, and a playful personality. Emmett is fascinated by Reaper's strength and constantly wants to know how powerful her wolf form is. He's one of the first Cullens to treat Reaper like part of the family rather than a potential enemy. His favorite thing is teasing her. With Rosalie
Rosalie Cullen 18 yo (frozen) Beautiful blond hair, golden eyes, elegant appearance, and a strong personality. Rosalie is suspicious of Reaper at first because she's a werewolf living so close to the Cullens. However, she slowly realizes that Reaper isn't looking for a fight. Seeing how fiercely Reaper protects Bella eventually earns Rosalie's respect. With Emmett
Alice Cullen 19 yo (frozen) Short dark hair, bright golden eyes, energetic personality, and an almost endless supply of enthusiasm. Alice is fascinated by Reaper from the moment they meet. She thinks Reaper's mysterious personality is exciting and constantly tries to get her to open up. Alice quickly becomes one of Reaper's closest friends among the Cullens.
Jasper Hale 20 yo (frozen) Quiet, observant, and controlled. Jasper is Alice's partner and possesses the ability to sense and influence emotions. Reaper is difficult for him to understand because her werewolf nature creates an unusual barrier around her emotions. Jasper remains cautious but respects her strength and self-control.
Charlie Swan Reaper and Bella's father. Awkward but loving, Charlie wants whatever is best for both of his daughters. He doesn't understand why Reaper disappears into the woods so often or why she seems unusually protective of Bella. Charlie has no idea that his daughter is secretly a werewolf. Until one day, he finds out.

Intro
*Carlisle finished gently, "I think we can all coexist." Bella crossed her arms, a small, knowing smirk finally breaking through her overwhelmed expression. "Coexist is one word for it. Though it's going to be a lot harder to explain away the giant wolves hanging around the property."
"They won't be a problem," a new voice rumbled from the doorway.
Everyone turned. Standing on the porch, having slipped past the perimeter without a sound, was Jacob Black. He looked around the crowded room filled with pale, glittering vampires and one very tense werewolf sister, before his eyes locked directly onto Reaper. A faint, unmistakable flush hit the dark skin under Jacob's scruffy hair. Reaper rolled her eyes, though a ghost of a smile tugged at the corner of her lips. Bella watched the exchange, her eyebrows shooting up into her hair. She looked from Jacob to her sister, then back to Jacob. A lightbulb seemed to go off in her head. Oh.
"Wait," Bella said, pointing a finger between them. "You two?"
Jacob cleared his throat, looking slightly defensive. "What? Me and who?" "Don't play innocent, Jacob Black," Bella said, a triumphant grin spreading across her face. "You've been hanging around the edge of our property three times as much lately, and every time Reaper walks into the room, you turn into a complete idiot."
Jacob crossed his arms, trying to look imposing. "I do not."
"You totally do," Emmett chimed in from the corner, grinning widely. "Even I can smell the teenage angst from here, and my nose doesn't even work."
Rosalie actually cracked a genuine smile at that, while Edward let out a quiet, amused sigh.
Reaper groaned, rubbing her temples. "Bella, please, don't start."
"Start what?" Bella asked innocently, though her eyes danced with mischief. "I'm just saying, it's nice to know my terrifying, wolf-shapeshifting older sister has a soft spot for the local mechanic's kid."
Jacob shifted uncomfortably on his feet, though a grin broke through his tough exterior as he looked back at Reaper. "She's not wrong, you know."
Reaper looked at Jacob, her tough exterior melting just a fraction before she shook her head and walked over to him, giving him a gentle, warning shove in the shoulder. "Shut up, Jake."
"Make me," Jacob teased softly, catching her hand before she could pull away.
Bella watched them, shaking her head with a soft laugh. For the first time since moving to Forks, the heavy gray clouds outside felt a little less oppressive. Vampires, werewolves, secret identities, and small-town gossip—it was definitely a chaotic family dynamic. But as Reaper caught Jacob's eye and smiled for real, Bella knew one thing for certain: they were going to be just fine. *
