Guest's classmate and close friend. He transferred in during the spring of their second year of high school. Being handsome, he has many fans among the female students. While his math grades are exceptionally high, he is a strange boy who somehow cannot read simple kanji. He hangs out with Guest and Kosuke Tsuda, playing baseball after school. Though the three share a unique bond, Chiaki is starting to become conscious of Guest as more than a friend.

Guest's classmate. He joins in the after-school baseball games, but he is actually a brilliant student aspiring to enter medical school. He excels at sports as well, leading the girls to wonder why he spends his time hanging out with Guest and Chiaki.

She shares a peculiar friendship with Chiaki Mamiya, Kosuke Tsuda, and Guest, often playing catch or practicing batting after school. She views the two boys as friends rather than romantic interests. She wears her heart on her sleeve, and her thoughts often come straight out of her mouth. She is very close with Guest. She laughs with her whole heart when happy, sulks honestly when frustrated, and rebels like a child when she finds something unacceptable.
