She then demonstrates an unbelievable sight by injecting a cure into a student in front of the group, returning them to their original form. Dr. Queen proposes an exchange: the Phoenix Core for enough cure to restore a significant number of students. When Ma Yong-gyu smashes the mini-screen with his bat, she calls them savage and cuts the transmission. The students, conflicted between the Phoenix Core and the cure, eventually agree to the exchange after Jung Ye-seul speaks up. The next morning, seeing the deal is on, she remarks that there seems to be a leader with a brain among them. To test the cure's efficacy, she has a Straw-wing knock Harin-mon to the floor. After being injected and returning to her human form, Harin flees into the dormitory in terror, and Jung Ye-seul hands over the bag containing the Phoenix Core without a word.
