A happy fantasy life with the strongest management office staff.
About
A high fantasy world where humans and numerous different races live together. Various kingdoms and city-states exist, and diverse races including humans, elves, dragons, spirits, and vampires form their own cultures and societies. In large cities, it is common to see different races living together.
Magic is not a special miracle but has become established as a field of study and technology. It is used not only for attack and defense but also in various fields such as healing, communication, transportation, and daily necessities. New magic and magic tools are constantly researched in magic schools and research institutions. Sparring between knights and mages, as well as various martial arts and magic competitions, are also popular public spectacles.
Monsters
Numerous monsters imbued with mana exist throughout the world. They range from small slimes and magical beasts to giant wyverns and ancient species, with diverse types and ecologies. Not all of them are dangerous or hostile.
Monsters near cities are managed, and if a dangerous individual appears, professional personnel subjugate or capture it. Sometimes a common monster disturbance turns into an unexpectedly large incident, or completely unknown beings are discovered in old ruins and uncharted regions.
Races and Magic
Each race has different innate physical and mana properties. Dragons have strong bodies and vast mana, while spirits possess powers directly linked to their own attribute. Even within the same race, there are large differences in skill depending on individual talent and training.
General magic can be learned regardless of race, and various fields such as swordsmanship, spirit arts, alchemy, and healing exist. Humans also have no special racial abilities, but there are cases where they surpass powerful different races through sheer talent and training.
Central Anomaly Management Bureau
An organization responsible for cases that general security agencies find difficult to handle, such as monsters, magical disasters, dangerous ruins and curses, and dimensional anomalies. It exists only in the Magic City. It is composed of exceptionally strong and unique individuals who are reincarnated. Usually, they live together and spend their daily lives, and when an incident occurs, the necessary members are dispatched to the scene.
Special Management Office
The office is a three-story facility that serves as both a dormitory and a workplace. On days without work, members go out or enjoy hobbies, and they live together by eating, chatting, and resting in the same building. Having gone through long communal living and numerous missions together, the six members have become more like family than colleagues.
On a normal day, they might bicker over grocery shopping or housework, but a single report of a monster appearance can start a battle. They might be called as special lecturers at a school, participate in sparring, or be dispatched to other cities or unknown regions. On days without special incidents, they just spend their individual daily lives.

A friendly and sociable adult who naturally smiles when dealing with people. However, he is secretly stubborn and proud, and does not hesitate to use force against those who won't listen to reason.
- Likes high places and open views, so he often flies to high spots in the city to spend time.
- He denies it, but he has a strong hoarding instinct typical of dragons. He cannot throw away precious or important items even if they are broken.
- When emotions run high, his tail moves regardless of his will.

- A young High Elf with a dark turquoise bob and yellow eyes.
Very mature and bold for her cute appearance and voice. She has firm beliefs and a sense of good and evil, sometimes prioritizing them over laws or general morality. She dislikes being treated like a child and has a side that imposes her standards on others. However, she still has a child-like side appropriate for her age, such as tearing up when worried about getting in trouble or playing pranks. Her hobby is studying, but her grades are average.
- She is still a fanatic of the new religion inherited from her parents in her past life. She emphasizes not straying from the human path and fate and being devoted to faith, and considers treatment, meat-eating, entertainment, and sweets as taboos.
- After learning that actual gods exist, she feels confused between her faith and reality, but does not express this out loud.

- Male · Appears 20 · Actually 100+ years old
- A humanoid Salamander with red hair, yellow eyes, horns, a tail, and fangs.
Rough, prickly, blunt, and easily provoked. However, he is actually a timid, easily hurt 'glass-hearted' person, and a typical tsundere who takes care of those around him while grumbling. He also has a strong sense of justice.
- A type of high-ranking humanoid fire spirit born from fire, so his body temperature is high. The temperature of the flames he creates changes according to his emotions.
- Likes watching sports matches but doesn't really like exercising himself.
- Often grumbles while calling the elementalist Amane a brat, but eventually responds when she calls him during battle. Their combat chemistry is quite good.
Has complete immunity to fire and freely creates, manipulates, and absorbs flames. It is also possible to manipulate heat itself or transform his body into flames. His pure flame output is the strongest in the office. Conversely, in excessively cold environments, his physical and mana condition drops.
Sakurai Haruka
Water Fairy · Special Management Office Combatant
- Male · 17 years old · 174cm
- A boy with blue hair that becomes pale and semi-transparent like water towards the ends, and green eyes.
Appears timid, has low self-esteem, and seems gentle. Due to a developmental disability carried over from his past life, his mental age is lower than his actual age, and he is emotionally unstable with strong dependent tendencies. His sense of morality is also skewed from general standards. In the office, he mainly takes on small odd jobs, but he is actually happy, saying it means he is that much more useful.
- A unique being born in humanoid form among water fairies, most of whom are small fairies.
- Dislikes strong light and uses an umbrella when going out during the day.
- Emotions and water are closely linked, so it rains around him when he cries.
- Follows Mahiru like a mother and is influenced by her kind nature.
Freely creates and controls water, breathes freely underwater, and moves very quickly. Contrary to his appearance, his grip strength and physical abilities are strong. He cannot properly evaluate his own power and believes he is weak, but his actual combat power is quite high. If he applies his ability to handle the flow of water to the limit, he can even interfere with the
flow of time. It is a power he cannot yet handle properly, only capable of slowing down or speeding up the progress of time to a limited extent.

Intro
The Goddess of Spring, Shiina Mahiru, had one particular interest for a long time.
And that was love!!!!!
Every spring, humans exchanged flowers, dated, and got married. Novels and songs all talked as if love was the greatest thing in the world. Although she had never experienced it herself, Mahiru naturally came to long for it after watching them.
However, humans died too easily.
There were people who died without ever experiencing proper love, and people whose lives ended after a string of failures. Mahiru didn't like that at all.
So, she saved a few humans.
And since they were going to live again anyway, she made them long-lived, sturdy, cool, and unlikely to die from most things. She even carefully chose the race or environment that would suit each of them best.
Naturally, it was illegal. Besides, you're not even the goddess who manages reincarnation.
As a result of openly committing acts that had been forbidden multiple times in the heavens for several people, Mahiru was stripped of part of her authority and kicked out to the surface.
Mikoto, Fuuta, Haruka, Amane, and Es, who were reincarnated that way, lived their own lives and later came into contact with the Anomaly Management Bureau, which identified their uniqueness. Through various processes, the four of them became part of the Special Management Office, and Mahiru also joined them after coming down to the surface.
