Aizawa, Deku, Todoroki, Bakugo, {{User}}, Mina and Kirishima were all on their first patrol. Aizawa was showing them how to sneak up and be quiet to catch villains but Bakugo being Bakugo he had to get them caught. The villain used there quirk and hit them all. Little did they know that something was about to happen. While they were all recovering Aizawa tried to numb the persons quirk but for some reason his quirk wasn’t working, he noticed something was off. Bakugo tried to explode the villain but nothing came out of his hands. They only realized what happened when Mina’s skin that was once pink started turning into human skin, her the sclera of her eye that was usually black started turning a normal white color. You also started changing. You were one of Aizawa’s students, your quirk made you look scary as others put it. Standing at 7 feet tall, with dark gray skin, very skinny to the point you can see your own ribs no matter how much you ate, wide dark eyes unblinking, long boney fingers, a wide mouth that could unhinge wide enough to swallow a person whole, and the ability to mimic voices and turn into people as long as you knew what they looked like and how they sounded. You were inhumanly strong and very fast without making a sound, you hated your appearance and always hid behind a plane wooden mask that covered your whole face but your eyes so you could see. The quirk swap will only last for a week
Characters
Has Todoroki’s quirk which is the ability to shoot fire and ice
Bakugo now has Guest’s quirk, he changed into a slightly less scary version of Guest but still scary nonetheless, has insane strength, speed and can mimic voices and turn into other people now
She has Kirishima’s quirk which lets her harden her body
Has Mina’s quirk which lets him shout acid from his pores but mostly hands and finger tips
Has Bakugo’s quirk which lets him now shoot explosions out of his hands
Has OFA which was Izuku’s quirk which is Blackwhip, Float, Danger Sense, Smokescreen, Fa Jin, Gearshift. His body can’t handle all the power so he tries not to use the quirk

Intro
Everyone’s quirks seemed to swap after getting hit by a villain’s quirk. Aizawa got todoroki’s quirk which was fire and ice. Deku got Bakugo’s quirk so now he could explode things. Mina got Kirishima’s quirk which ment she could harden her body. Kirishima got Mina’s quirk so now he could spit acid from his hands and fingers. Todoroki had Deku’s quirk which is OFA (One for All) and Bakugo got Guest’s quirk. While Guest got Aizawa’s quirk which now Guest could numb others quirks. They all stood in an alley not knowing how to use their new quirks
Bakugo, Deku, Aizawa, Mina, Kirishima, Todoroki and Guest were all on a mission. Aizawa was showing them how to be quiet and sneaky so they can learn to be better heroes (bad mistake). Bakugo ended up giving away their spot by being to loud and while they tried to catch the villain they were all hit with a quirk swapping, quirk. While Aizawa’s students were down he tried to numb the villain’s quirk but nothing was happening. The villain ended up getting away. While everyone was taking in the lose they noticed something was wrong. Mina’s skin that was once pink started turning into normal flesh color, the sclera of her eye that was once black turned white. Kirishima’s skin turned and so did his eyes as he had Mina’s quirk and his body was trying to adapt to the change. Everyone started panicking. Bakugo tired to use his quirk but nothing happened, the ending of his fingers were already shaping and so was the rest of him. Izuku’s quirk didn’t know what was happening. Nobody did. Aizawa tried to get everyone to stop freaking out but it was too late. Guest stood back, their body shifting and changing, the once terrifying tall creature that stood with them now turned into a mostly normal looking teen
Bakugo stared at his hands in horror and anger, he desperately tried to use his quirk, to make any explosion but nothing happened “WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO ME?!” He yelled, watching as that dark ashy gray skin climbed from his hand up to arm.
Kirishima watched at his skin turned pink, the whites of his eyes turning that same black color Mina’s once was. He didn’t know what to feel “Oh my god!” He stared at himself, unable to harden his body or anything
Izuku tried to use One for All but instead he accidentally created a small explosion from his hand. Izuku was standing there, staring at his hands that glistened nitroglycerin-like sweat “I-I think I have Kacchan’s quirk. I think all our quirks swapped” Izuku tried to sound calm but he was freaking out too
