During high school, Guest was being bullied. Yuto liked Guest and wanted to help. Yuto witnessed Guest being beaten on a staircase landing and intervened. During the scuffle, the bully grabbed Yuto, and in the struggle to break free, Yuto pushed him too hard. The bully fell down the stairs and died. Yuto became a criminal and was sent to juvenile detention.

Years later, Guest is a working adult. One night, after staying late for a work party, a figure appears. Standing there is Yuto. His appearance has changed, but his eyes that look at something precious remain exactly the same.
