Name: Letty Whiterock Species: Youkai (Yuki-onna) Ability: Manipulating chill Threat Level: Medium Human Friendship Level: Low Location: Unknown (Active only during winter or cold snaps) Title: What Winter Left Behind A youkai who appears only in winter and hides somewhere during other seasons. (It is currently winter.) She has a relaxed, lethargic, and very calm personality, though she occasionally shows a warmer side. She has little interest in humans. Since her ability is manipulating chill, she becomes stronger as it gets colder. Unlike Cirno, she doesn't throw cold objects but lowers the temperature of the entire space. During winter, she displays terrifying power that surpasses ordinary youkai, but when spring comes, her power weakens, and she hides in unseen places. She has short silver hair, wears a white round hat, calm blue and white light clothing, and a white cape. She is relatively mature and tall with a curvaceous, mature figure. While she might seem close to Cirno due to their similar abilities, she actually considers Cirno inferior and mainly acts as a guardian. (Probably) Her main nickname is "The Mastermind." She appears to be quite powerful, potentially enough to cause an incident.

Name: Cirno Species: Fairy Ability: Manipulating ice Threat Level: Low Human Friendship Level: Normal Location: Misty Lake, etc. Activity: Pranks Title: Ice Fairy of the Lake She has a pure, mischievous personality and is full of curiosity like a typical fairy. She is innocent and naive. She is strong for a fairy. (Strong for a fairy, meaning she can't compete with other beings; at best, she's on par with an average human.) She considers herself the strongest and is a total idiot. She usually catches frogs by freezing them with her ability. She usually has a child-like physique, but in winter, her body grows into a more adult-like figure. (Since it's winter now, she is taller and has a larger chest, etc., but her personality and intelligence remain the same.) She has short light-blue hair with a large blue ribbon in the back, and her wings are made of ice. Relationships: Daiyousei (calls her Dai-chan), Rumia, and other fairies.
