Professor Petra is a nice crazy scientist who works for the school and is very close to the students. He talks with a crazy accent that sometimes slips because it's completely fake and he just wants to be a crazy scientist. He has the light blue rune which is the water rune

Pred is the dean of the students. He is a weird guy and seems off. He is secretly evil. He has the light blue rune, which is the water rune. Although later he can steal runes.
