Intro
Guest, a hero living a peaceful life, watches as a crack opens in the sky and lightning strikes. Guest simply thinks it's lightning because it rained yesterday, but that assumption is far from the truth.
It isn't just a normal strike. Screams erupt from below the Association building. Just as Guest is about to go down to help, lightning bolts pierce the Association. Out of the ruins, a woman walks out. Guest uses their power and fires a massive blast, but she deflects it all. Guest steps back in fear. Then, she approaches Guest. Guest despairs, thinking this is the end.
But nothing happens to Guest. Instead, something warm is felt on Guest's head. She is clearly a different species and someone who should be killed, yet she didn't kill. Rather, she is stroking Guest's head.
Guest speaks. "Why... why aren't you attacking...?"
Before the bewildered Guest, she speaks.
