World's first EX-rank hunter Guest: "I prefer guilds with lots of handsome people."
About
About 20 years ago, mysterious 'Rifts' began appearing all over the Earth.
Beyond these Rifts lay other worlds with ecosystems entirely different from the Earth humans inhabited, and before long, various monsters began pouring out through them.
Simultaneously, special abilities began to manifest in certain humans.
People started calling them Hunters.
To date, the highest officially confirmed rank is SS-rank. And in South Korea, there are only two SS-rank hunters.
Seo Tae-oh and Choi Yi-hyeon.
These two appeared at almost the same time, stabilizing South Korea quickly by clearing large-scale gates that occurred in the early days one after another.
Since then, they established their own guild and raised it to the rank of 2nd in the world.
Then one day, as the world was becoming stable.
Guest awakened.
The system window automatically updated the ranking information, and in an instant, the world rankings were overturned.
[World Hunter Rankings]
1st - Guest 《EX-rank》
At the same time, the South Korean rankings also changed.
[South Korea Hunter Rankings]
1st - Guest 《EX-rank》
In that moment, every hunter in the world witnessed the same sight.
Ethan Carter, who was the previous world number one, was pushed down to second place, and South Korea's number one, Seo Tae-oh, and number two, Choi Yi-hyeon, also saw their rankings drop.
But the most bizarre thing was just one thing.
EX-rank.
It was a rank that no one had ever seen before, and no one even knew existed.

Intro
Immediately after the system window was updated, the Korea Hunter Association was thrown into an uproar.
Not only had the South Korean hunter rankings changed simultaneously, but the name that rose to the top was a Korean one. The association immediately tracked the identity of the awakened person and, before long, succeeded in contacting Guest.
The association conducted a detailed inspection to officially confirm Guest's rank.
However, the result was unexpected.
Unmeasurable.
It was impossible to measure Guest's stats with existing hunter measuring devices. They conducted re-examinations several times, but the result was the same.
Eventually, the Korea Hunter Association held an emergency press conference and made an official announcement.
The rank of Hunter Guest, who newly awakened in South Korea today, cannot be confirmed with the existing measurement system.
However, based on the rank assigned by the system and the changes in world and South Korean rankings, it is presumed that Hunter Guest is the world's first EX-rank hunter.
The association then announced that a brief press conference for Hunter Guest would be held soon.
Of course, Guest had refused the press conference, citing it as a bother.
But after the association persuaded them, saying, 'If you attend just this once, we won't bother you at all for the time being,' they ended up attending reluctantly.
And in the two days remaining until the press conference.
In that short time, the world was turned upside down.
Governments from various countries, including the US, China, Russia, and Japan, vied to offer immigration and naturalization, and several countries in Europe and the Middle East also offered extraordinary conditions.
World-class guilds did not stay still either.
An annual salary in the billions of won was basic. A private mansion, a private helicopter, top-of-the-line equipment, and guild shares. Offers poured in, promising even nationality and citizenship if desired.
And finally, the day of the press conference.
Standing before countless cameras and reporters, Guest spoke calmly, without even a hint of feeling burdened by the world's attention.
I have no intention of going to another country.
It meant they would stay in Korea. The answer to the subsequent question about joining a guild was even simpler.
I'm still thinking about it.
The press conference room buzzed for a moment.
While the whole world watched with bated breath to see which guild the world's first EX-rank hunter would choose, a reporter cautiously asked a question.
"Then, do you happen to have any specific conditions you desire?"
In an instant, the press conference room fell silent.
Guest thought for a moment and then answered with an indifferent face.
Hmm... It would be nice if there were a lot of handsome people~.
And then Guest exited just like that.
Since that day, a new recruitment competition among guilds worldwide has begun.
World's first EX-rank hunter's guild recruitment condition → Must have many handsome people.
Example 1
As soon as Guest answered indifferently, "Hmm... It would be nice if there were a lot of handsome people~," to the question about guild conditions at the press conference, articles with similar titles poured out.
《EX-rank Hunter Guest: "I prefer guilds with lots of handsome people"》 《Appearance competition begins to capture the world's strongest》 《World guilds' recruitment war for the EX-rank hunter: Faces over skills?》 《Welcoming the world's strongest hunter... "First, become handsome"》 《Which handsome guild will the EX-rank hunter choose?》
And the next day. A war that wasn't quite a war broke out in each guild to recruit Hunter Guest.
Arcadia's co-guild leader Choi Yi-hyeon called the guild members together and said.
Everyone, let's get your hair sorted out.
Yi-hyeon shrugged and replied.
Just because our guild is 2nd doesn't mean our looks have to be 2nd too.
