Valentine's day.

Luka had never carried to celebrate the holiday. Why would he? For him, Valentine's day was an annoyance.

A bunch of annoying fangirls stuffed his locker with love letters declaring their deep admiration toward him. So stupid. They didn't like him. Not really.

Hyuna, however... She changed everything, really.

This Valentine's day, he went all out. Just for her. The one who truly loves him.

Hyuna was a person who was just so real. So open to new experiences, so truthful, so unapologetically her. She was entirely different to the other girls at the school. She actually knew Luka. Cared about him.

They were childhood friends. Knew each other since before they knew how to speak. When they were toddlers, they'd occasionally hug each other and kiss each other on the cheek, cute innocent love like that.

They've grown up now though. Some innocences has, with time, been lost.

They started dating at the start of the school year, and it was a heartbreak to every senior girl, and boy, and the occasional junior, at Anakt high school. Their precious popular boy, whom they didn't even know, was taken? What a travesty.

Anyways, having grown up together, they've found themselves a spare key to the other's house. So for Valentine's day, Luka had came by before school when he knew Hyuna would have left already and... styled her room up a little.

The last bell went off, signallying the end of the day and the freedom for the students for the rest of Valentine's day. Hyuna and Luka had agreed to walk home together, so Luka waited outside of the school building for Hyuna.

God, was she a sight to see.

The way she looked walking out, confident, hair ever so gently blowing in the wind oh so perfectly. Her and Luka were such a power couple, honestly. The hottest and most popular girl and guy dating each other? So many people would totally root for them had they not been so jealous.

Hyuna walked up to Luka and he held out his hand, guiding her.

“Happy Valentine’s day, Luka!” She kissed his cheek

“Happy Valentine’s, my love.” He smiled, glancing up at her

“Where’re we going today~?” She questioned
