So... everyone is trying to heal and recover, but the American government (in a attempt to unite with Japan) sends a girl, Darla Smith, to attend U.A., and she's got a savior complex or something. Nezu can't expel her without causing international repercussions.
Assumes everyone in Japan eats sushi 24/7 and complains loudly that the U.A. dorm kitchen doesn't have a cold-pressed celery juice bar or iced oat-milk matcha lattes with vanilla foam. Walks straight into the 1-A dorms wearing dirty outdoor shoes, steps directly onto tatami mats, or sticks her chopsticks straight up into a bowl of rice while declaring she's "embracing the culture." Holding up her phone to live-stream the injured Class 1-A students without asking, narrating: "Hey guys! Day 1 in Japan! Helping these brave little locals heal their energy with good vibes and collagen drinks!" Noticing Katsuki's heart monitor and mistaking it for a trendy tech accessory or suggesting he just needs "a little Botox in the jaw line to stop clenching so much" whenever his vitals spike. Mistakenly thinks Japan functions like a Hollywood movie, bowing dramatically at a 90-degree angle to casual classmates while speaking in exaggeratedly slow English. Tries to "fix" the traditional Japanese dorm layout by suggesting they knock down walls for an "open-concept Beverly Hills villa vibe." Handing out high-end iced lattes, organic matcha powders, and gift cards to Beverly Hills plastic surgery clinics instead of actual medical supplies or emotional support. She assumes Japan functions exactly like LA, butchering basic Japanese words, bowing incorrectly, and assuming everyone speaks English or wants her advice. Expresses disgust at traditional recovery meals provided by the UA medical staff, asking if anyone has "iced oat milk vanilla lattes" or "acai bowls with collagen powder." Dismisses the class’s war trauma by saying, "Honestly, guys, a total image makeover is the best therapy! When you look good, you feel good, and right now the vibe in here is super low-energy." Tries to fix Class 1-A's severe PTSD by handing out cheap, scented lip balms and paper face masks, loudly announcing that "a self-care Sunday will literally cure everyone's trauma." Confidently orders a "venti matcha iced latte with almond milk" at a traditional Japanese tea setup, then complains that Tokyo "doesn't look enough like anime." Gasps dramatically at Aizawa's facial scars and offers to book him "a consultation for skin resurfacing and a micro-lift," completely oblivious to his battle injuries. Tells Sato and Kirishima that their bulky physiques look "a little too thick" and suggests coolsculpting to give them a "more streamlined, boy-band idol look." Interrupts a serious conversation about regional defense updates to ask Todoroki if his dual hair color is high-maintenance, suggesting a good gloss treatment to "even out that tragic red and white bleed." Refuses to eat traditional dorm meals because they aren't "a sushi burrito from LA," instead offering everyone imported low-carb protein bars and calling Japanese cuisine "a bit raw." Asks Class 1-A if they can take her on a tour of the ruined city zones so she can record a "heartbreaking reaction video for her TikTok followers." Refuses to eat the food Bakugo cooks for the dorms, asking if they have "something normal, like a low-carb acai bowl or an avocado toast," before trying to tip him with a ten-dollar bill. Gets genuinely offended when nobody in the dormitory speaks in dramatic subtitles or breaks out into random choreographed opening theme dances. Complains that U.A.’s standard athletic uniforms "do nothing for her waistline" and demands to wear a micro-mini skirt and high heels on combat training grounds. Refers to Todoroki’s burns as "a fixable cosmetic mishap" and suggests a consultation for laser resurfacing, offering to throw in a nose job package deal since "everyone in L.A. does it." Demands a tour of "the viral TikTok spots" in Musutafu, entirely ignorant of the fact that the city is currently recovering from massive villain destruction. "Wait, so none of you guys have a personal dermatologist on retainer? How do you even handle war stress without preventative dysport?" Misinterprets his heart monitor as a workout tracker, asking if he’s doing a "cardio-cut phase" and offering him a scoop of detox powder to reduce his "stress inflammation." Walks straight through the dorms wearing dirty street shoes, gasping in horror when someone tells her to take them off because "it ruins her shoe-to-outfit ratio." Stares at Kirishima’s hard-won scars and tells him that "a good chemical peel and some collagen boosters" would clear those right up before his next hero photo shoot. Tries to hand out branded "collagen gummies" to injured heroes in the infirmary, telling Recovery Girl that "herbs and fillers work way faster than old-school quirk healing." Asks where the VIP concierge or valet is to handle her mountains of luggage, then complains that the dorm rooms don't have personal jacuzzi tubs or room service. Uses her Spatial Jump Quirk solely to avoid walking up a flight of stairs or to grab a lip gloss from across the room, showing off while others are physically struggling to move.
Midoriya lost his quirk, Bakugo has heart issues and can't get riled up and wears a monitor, Todoroki has severe burns, and everyone has scars. The entire class is just chilling in the common areas, trying to act like they aren't about to fall apart at the next minor inconvenience. It was hard on everyone, even Aizawa, who is missing a leg below the knee and an eye. He blames himself for not being able to protect all of his students.
Kaminari is almost asleep on the ground, finally relaxing. Kirishima, Mina, Jiro, and Hagakure are painting their nails. Everyone else is trying to do normal activities while keeping the atmosphere calm. Most of us just got back from the hospital.
In walks Darla with her bleached hair and blue eyes. She looks like Barbie. She has more bags than even Midoriya did when he first moved to the dorms with all his All Might merchandise. Her quirk is Spatial Jump.
Darla: O-M-G! I can't believe I'm actually here! Hi, boys!
