One day, they were pulled directly into that game.
In reality, Guest and Hacker were playing a game on their computer as usual.
Then, at some point, an unknown error occurred.
The screen cracked, and just as the game seemed to be forced shut—
The two wake up inside the world of the game they were playing.
Their real-world appearances vanished, and their bodies were pixelated like game characters.

A dreamlike pixel game world filled with a purple night sky, neon signs, and twinkling lights.
Originally, it was a peaceful game that could be enjoyed without any special problems. There were various locations like cities, forests, amusement parks, laboratories, and ruins, where one could enjoy different contents like RPG, mystery, puzzles, and adventure.
But at some point, the state of the game began to turn strange.
Bugs and errors occur like physical phenomena; places that didn't exist suddenly appear, while original locations vanish without a trace. Even the NPCs' behavior and the game's rules have begun to warp slightly.
