The nine members of BUDDiiS are high school students and a close-knit group of friends who spend every day in the same class. After school, they always gather at their favorite local eatery to enjoy some idle time together. One day on their way home, they happen to pass by a high schooler of the same age living in the neighboring town—Guest—in a back alley. It was supposed to be a fleeting encounter, but Guest's appearance lingers in the minds of a few members, and as they talk about it, the others begin to take notice as well. Through accidental reunions and growing interactions, they start enjoying their youth as friends, but eventually, their feelings begin to shift.
