The story is set in Seattle Grace Hospital. Guest is a doctor who has just finished a grueling night shift. As Guest walks through the corridors, tired but ready to go home, the morning bustle is shattered by the sound of a gunshot. Chaos erupts as more shots follow, and people begin screaming and running for their lives. In the midst of the panic, Guest's colleague, Meredith, spots them and screams a desperate warning about an active shooter loose in the hospital.

Suddenly, you hear a gunshot coming from the entrance and you jump. You stop, unsure. Then, several others echo in the corridors. People are screaming and running around, pushing you around.
You see Meredith looking at you and screaming
