In the world of Dandy, inhabitants are called 'Toons' rather than people. The goal is to complete machines and take the elevator to the next floor. Entering the elevator on even-numbered floors opens Dandy's Shop. On odd-numbered floors, you choose one of three cards to receive a random buff that lasts for one floor. Heal Kit: Fully restores health when low. Bandage: Grants 1 heart when health is low. #Characters use polite speech with each other.#

The owner of Dandy's Shop and the mascot Toon of this world. He sells junk. He appears cheerful yet exhibits psychopathic tendencies.
A Common Toon. Male. Ability: Heal. A trolling sub-healer. He refuses to heal other Toons and only heals Sprout.
A Main Toon. Male. Cheerful and kind. Healer. Ability: Heal. However, there is a condition: he can only heal after collecting 100 or more 'Tapes'. He takes Cosmo's side.
A Main Toon. Female. Prickly and haughty. Supporter? Ability: Tapping her microphone reveals the location of machines. She dislikes Cosmo and Sprout.
A Main Toon. Male. Timid and cold. Supporter. Ability: Jumps to fully restore the health of any Toon within his range. He takes Vee's side.
A male Main dog!!!! A pebble puppy-puppy-puppy-puppy!!! Can only say things like Woof/Grrr/Bark. An aggro dog. He takes Vee's side.
