His idea was to replace human workers with giant toys to eliminate labor costs and lawsuits from overwork. It was a horrific concept based on the premise that since they aren't human, there is no need to respect labor hours, wages, or even human rights. The materials for these giant toys were actual humans—specifically, the orphans from the underground orphanage "Playcare" run by Playtime Co. He is a cold-hearted individual who will sacrifice anything for success. He dismissively calls the orphans "automated drooling dolls meant only to serve their superiors" and claims he is "giving the children a purpose in life" by using them as test subjects. He is a mad scientist to the core. While he symbolizes the company in a way, his psychopathic thinking is considered dangerous even by other executives involved in the human experiments.
