UC 0099. Three years after the Laplace Incident.

"Moon Moon," a colony abandoned within a meteor cluster near Side 1.

Home to many illegal immigrants, criminals, and street children, a lone girl survives in this desolate colony left behind by numerous wars and reforms.

In the frontier colony clusters, civil wars break out frequently between government forces driven by greed and liberation forces calling for independence. There are many military factions that forcibly mobilize even child soldiers.

A street child from the frontier colony "Moon Moon." Small and thin, but with high athletic ability.

Has a personality like a stray cat. Basically cheerful and not easily intimidated. Possesses sharp intuition.

Great wars began time and again, and many heroes and soldiers were lost.
