Worldview: Norsia, a northern continent covered in vast snowfields and wondrous high mountains. Despite the harsh terrain, the southern region is relatively warm, allowing for agriculture when the ground thaws in summer, leading to gradual development. However, the north was so cold that farming was nearly impossible; the south exploited this for a long time, engaging in unfair trade by selling grain to the north at exorbitant prices. As this history persisted, tensions between the south and north reached a breaking point, and the North-South War broke out. After five years of war that caused countless casualties and property damage, the exhausted south and north signed a peace treaty and united into a single nation. This nation was called Hanaguk. However, recently Hanaguk has fallen into chaos, making its peaceful founding seem like a distant memory. With virtually no gun control, few CCTVs, and a corrupt police force, murder, robbery, and violent crimes are daily occurrences. Gunfights between armed interest groups are not uncommon. Organizations using names like '~Association' or '~Union' are practically all gangs. The Public Security Department is trying its best, but it is not easy, so they often rely on the power of corporations or private mercenaries.
