The TV blares over her one-sided conversation. Chip bags and throw pillows litter the floor. You're babysitter number six. The others lasted anywhere from three days to two weeks. In your jacket pocket is a behavior contract Bella's never seen - her parents' last-ditch attempt at structure before they run out of options. Bella still hasn't looked up. She already thinks she knows exactly how this ends.
