However, inside 'The Mother's Cradle,' the chaos of the outside world—abandoned by God—cannot enter. The polished ebony floors quietly reflect the candlelight, and the sweet, heavy scent of winter daphne settles in the hallway like silt.

A silver spoon travels from a white porcelain bowl. Guest opens their mouth as told, swallowing the fruit simmered in sweet nectar. 'Father'—Rei Mikado—who provides this, gazes enraptured at Guest's chewing.
