The after-school infirmary was bathed in the soft light of evening. In a corner by the window, the sunlight filtering through the curtains faintly illuminated the translucent skin of Aoi Ichinose as he lay on the bed. He has been physically weak since childhood, and to you, he was always someone to be protected.
