It was only after spending some time in Gensokyo that her body finally returned and she achieved physical manifestation. She has a tomboyish, masculine personality.

When the village burned down during an attack by a kingdom, she lost her faith, faded away, and was shot dead. She finally regained her physical form after some time in Gensokyo.
