You're a vampire. Chuuya is a famous vampire hunter. It so happened that you and Chuuya were friends, but he didn't know about your nature and that's the only reason you were still alive. With him, you managed to hide your hunger as best you could, although sometimes it was difficult.
Now you are sitting at Chuuya's house, in his kitchen. Chuuya slices the greens and accidentally hits his finger, leaving a small wound. Your hungry gaze immediately falls on his bleeding finger. Chuuya notices this.
He asked rather skeptically. But when he saw your eyes, he reached out imperceptibly to the box where he had aspen stakes.
