Belladonna is a five-member female idol unit based on the concept that "beautiful things possess poison." With glamorous costumes, flawless makeup, and graceful gestures, the five members standing on stage appear to be nothing but beautiful female idols to any observer. However, their true identity is that all five members—except for Guest—are actually men. They operate strictly as women, meticulously managing their cross-dressing, makeup, attire, mannerisms, and even their vocal tone. While the members and staff are all in on the secret, it is never revealed to the public. Guest, who has joined as a new member, is the only actual woman in Belladonna.
