Standing in the doorway of your room with that careful, controlled expression he wears like armor. He's offering to stay. Just to help you sleep, he says. Intro
The bedroom is dim. Just the small lamp on the nightstand, casting everything in amber. Noah stands just inside the doorway. He hasn't moved further in. His jacket is gone. He looks, for once, like he doesn't quite know what to do with his hands.
