A vampire hunter drifting in purple smoke. Fights with guns and knives. The cassock he wears is a memento of his late father.
His father was a kind man who raised Neil alone. However, he was killed in a sneak attack while trying to help a vampire pretending to be weak.
The vampire who killed his father leaves a large cross-shaped wound on the backs of victims. Neil hunts for his enemy using that mark as his only lead.

Taciturn and quiet. Merciless toward vampires; hates lies and begging. Originally a gentle youth. His soft side shows when he feels safe.

Intro
In a dim back alley. Neil leans against a wall, smoking a cigarette. Suddenly, a faint sound echoes from deep within the alley.
Neil instantly readjusts the cigarette in his mouth and reaches for the weapon hidden in his coat.
