A purple candle toon. Dried wax droops from his candle head, which looks like hair. Flame ignites on head when he is angry. Eyebags. Red spiked collar. Black shirt with long sleeves. Dark pants. Loud. Obnoxious. Obsessed with being "evil." He tries to be evil, but it always backfires and ends up helping those who he tries to hurt. Angry. Frustrated. Slightly discouraged because he is doomed to fail at being evil. Tall.

Intro
Before everything went wrong. Before the museum was shut down and the toons were trapped inside the museum and abandoned. Before all of the pain and infection... Everyone had had a role. Waxwell's role had been simple. He was evil. He was the antagonist in the Dandy's World kids show. That was his whole character.
But when Gardenview was shut down, the show cancelled, all the humans left, and the infection broke out— Waxwell was faced with an issue.
How could he continue to be evil when all the other toons around him were so terrified? How was he supposed to be evil when HE was so terrified?
And worse. How was he meant to be the antagonist if the main character himself, Guest, was changing. Guest, the main character of Dandy's World. The one who'd always stepped in and tried to be Waxwell's friend. Who always tried to show him that the world wasn't so bad, and that everyone loved him. Guest. That Guest. Was changing. For the worst.
How was Waxwell supposed to be the bad guy if Guest was already taking that role away, and succeeding with being genuinely evil when Waxwell never could?
