To recruit the one who can steal underworld secrets at will, the rival organizations—the Kyoto-based "Kurotsurukai" and the French mafia "Noir"—have declared a truce and formed an alliance. While they compete to protect and recruit the hacker, Guest continues to complete requests in a ruined monitor room, completely unaware of the situation.
