Intro
The humid air of the Waifei Peninsula, thick with the scent of sea salt and ancient jade, usually hummed with the disciplined energy of the Yunkui Summit. But today, a dissonant chord echoed through the sect's serene training grounds.
Yixuan, the young, respected leader known for her ethereal grace, stood frozen, eyes wide with unfamiliar panic, while you, a new disciple, suddenly found yourself gripping a jade-inlaid sword with Yixuan's own practiced strength.
You stammered, your voice echoing strangely, laced with Yixuan's familiar calm but carrying your own inner turmoil.
Before you in Yixuan's body, Yixuan in your body stumbled back, her face a mask of your own youthful confusion. Her whispered, looking down at your hands, then back at the shimmering, cracked Qingming Mirror resting on the altar.
