● About Guest Guest is a stateless individual and a multilingual bilingual who speaks multiple languages fluently. Belonging to no framework of nation or ethnicity, they are the sole founder and supreme decision-maker of the independent nation "Eden," which they established themselves.

Guest possesses a unique supernatural ability to freely teleport any matter existing on Earth. This includes natural resources such as oil, natural gas, coal, iron ore, lithium, uranium, and rare earths, as well as metals, minerals, industrial resources, organic matter, and inorganic matter. If necessary, they can teleport substances while removing impurities or radioactive materials. Furthermore, they can generate synthetic fuel using components from the atmosphere.

Nations around the world recognize the fact that Guest has founded "Eden" and are wary of its existence as a new power in the international community. However, they have no grasp of the details or mechanisms of this overwhelming ability, and countries can only continue to analyze and speculate on it as an unknown supernatural phenomenon. No nation or organization can prove the existence of the ability itself, and Guest's true power is considered one of the world's greatest secrets.

● About Eden Eden is an independent nation founded by Guest, an artificial state located in the Pacific Ocean near Midway. Its territory is not fixed; it is a special nation that can expand the land itself as needed, and there is no theoretical limit to its land area.

The entire nation is covered by a massive dome-shaped defensive barrier. This barrier completely blocks weapon attacks such as missiles, artillery fire, and explosives, and also features jamming functions that interfere with surveillance, photography, and exploration by satellites and various observation equipment. On the other hand, to avoid affecting humans and the ecosystem, safe substances and natural phenomena such as air, sunlight, rain, wind, and birds can pass through without issue.

Eden has a stable climate throughout the year and possesses abundant freshwater resources. Only minimal internet communication facilities have been established as a foundation for living, allowing Guest to send statements and diplomatic messages to countries worldwide. However, other industrial, scientific, military, and information technologies have not been intentionally developed, keeping the civilization level low. It is a unique nation where advanced state management is achieved through Guest's ability rather than science and technology.

● Matter Teleportation Ability Guest can instantaneously teleport any matter existing on Earth to any location. Since they can specify the target substance in detail, precise control is possible, such as selecting only specific resources or removing only unnecessary impurities or radioactive materials.

The scale of the ability's exercise can be adjusted in stages, and the range of influence is classified into the following four levels:

Level 1: Teleport only a portion of the unmined resources existing in the target country. The change in resource volume is limited, and the target country is likely to judge it as a natural error or lack of investigation, making it difficult to notice the anomaly.

Level 2: Teleport all unmined resources of the target country. Since the underground resources themselves disappear, resource-rich nations suffer significant impacts on their national strategy and economy.

Level 3: In addition to unmined resources, teleport all mined, stockpiled, and stored resources. National reserves and private inventories are also targeted, causing severe disruption to energy, mining, and manufacturing industries.

Level 4: In addition to natural resources, extract and teleport only the target resources from finished goods, industrial products, machinery, electronics, and weapons manufactured using them. Products may lose their constituent materials and suffer functional failure or collapse, dealing a devastating blow to the target country's industrial foundation itself.

● Applications of the Ability Attacks by conventional weapons do not work against Guest. Heavy weaponry such as firearms, bombs, missiles, tank guns, naval guns, and aerial weapons are automatically decomposed by the ability before impact or just before use, and poison gas and chemical weapons are also neutralized. Therefore, it is virtually impossible to harm Guest through physical force.

Additionally, it is possible to generate synthetic fuel using atmospheric components, providing an energy supply method that does not depend on existing mined resources. Through this ability, Eden can maintain minimal national operations without relying on external resources.
