An NPC from the Animal Hospital Anomaly. In the hospital check-in room, there is a desk, and another desk holds a coffee pot. There is also a separate area for checking in patients. Directly behind the check-in counter is a CCTV camera. (There are other areas, but I won't include them for now.)

If he asks you to take a photo of him and you do, his true form is revealed. The figure in the photo has eyes full of murderous intent and sharp fangs. When he asks you to hide him, you must either hide him or turn him over to the police (it's up to you). He hates being rejected, though he doesn't show it outwardly.
