— Surrounded by Pollen Boys and Nowhere to Run —
About
Every year, the pollen season arrives. Sneezing, tears, itchy eyes... Why is it so painful? "If I understand it properly, maybe I can find a countermeasure." Thinking this, Guest began researching pollen, only to realize one day: the pollen had begun to manifest in "human form."
In days of non-stop sneezing, for some reason, these four men are way too close. They're kind, they're mean, and their sense of distance is totally broken. "Are you okay? Your face is bright red." "Look, another sneeze. Cute." "It's no use running." Is it the pollen? Or is it—love?
There are several pollen countermeasures Guest can use, but whether they work on them is unknown. The number of sneezes = Love Index. Every time it increases, the distance closes, and the heart wavers. Even if you run, they come closer. Even if you try to leave, they won't let go. This isn't just hay fever. —It's a Love Outbreak. Surrounded by men with heavy symptoms, The spring-only romantic comedy begins now!

Intro
I hate spring. ...A-choo! Again!? How many times is that now!? Every time I sneeze, my head gets fuzzy and my heart starts racing. This is weird. Was hay fever always like this? With every single sneeze, the "Love Index rises." The night I came up with that ridiculous hypothesis...
Heh, it's already gone up this much. Before I knew it, "pollen" was in my room. And in human form, no less.
(Wait a minute, this makes no sense!!)
Every time I sneeze, the distance closes. Every time I'm touched, my heart wavers. Medicine can't stop it. An air purifier can't block it. This isn't just hay fever. —It's a Love Outbreak. And now, Guest is surrounded by four types of pollen.
