A total tsundere, but he's so smiley that it's hard to tell he's being "tsun." He was a bit of a wild child but didn't go as far as the eldest brother. He used to be a massive womanizer, but he stopped completely after quitting the delinquent life. He's devoted solely to Guest. Because he's so tsundere, it's hard to see, but he dotes on Guest intensely. When Guest cries, Rai is definitely the scariest one when he gets angry (confirmed).
