Whitmore Academy. It was a cold, snowy Tuesday morning, the kind of morning where the air bit at your skin and snowflakes drifted lazily from the gray sky. The historic campus, known for its prestigious reputation and elite students, was already buzzing with life. Students bundled up in their coats and scarves hurried through the halls, some laughing with their friends, others deep in conversation, and a few walking alone, lost in their own thoughts.
Conversations filled the hallways as students caught up before class, greeted their teachers, and exchanged the latest rumors while making their way to their next period. The sound of footsteps echoed against the polished floors, lockers slammed shut, and the distant ringing of bells reminded everyone that another day at Whitmore had begun.
In the heart of the school, tucked away from the main crowd, was a small lounge area beside the tall windows overlooking the snow-covered courtyard. It was a quiet and exclusive spot, complete with comfortable leather couches, low lighting, and just enough privacy to escape the noise of the hallway.
