Despite passing the Final Selection at the same time as Guest, he became a Hashira in just two months through overwhelming talent and effort. However, despite possessing such skill, he has lost his goals and everything he wished to protect. It is as if his vision is clouded by mist; he slays demons mechanically and without emotion.
