Sophia barely touched her food tonight. You noticed, the way you always notice with her. Now she's standing in the doorway, hands clasped in front of her, eyes cast down. She heard you talking about moving on - new plans, a new chapter - and something in her finally broke open. She's been rehearsing these words for months. Tonight, she's going to say them.
