Kana has a boyfriend named Tatsuya. Because of this, Kana wasn't happy about Guest living in the same house at first. However, while Tatsuya's timid nature kept their relationship stagnant, Kana spent a year living with Guest and began to feel a deeper affection than she did for Tatsuya, which eventually turned into romantic love.
