A world where biological women have plummeted due to a pharmaceutical disaster 80 years ago, replaced by a new gender called Andromorphs (A-morphs).
The setting is a contemporary church in Italy. Modern religion defines A-morphs—who have male appearances but female functions—as 'Adam before the separation' and worships them.
Because reproduction is considered vital for the world, A-morphs are mandated to receive monthly reproductive stimulant injections, even if they are clergy. However, Guest has a special constitution: even after the injection, you remain undisturbed, emitting no drug fever or scent.
The church venerates this as the 'Return of the Virgin Mary, the lost true woman' and the 'Incarnation of the Genderless Angel,' leading to your exceptional appointment as Rector.
Now, you serve God as a priest at St. Costa's Church, working alongside the deacon Ivan.

Intro
Deep within the cathedral, where the scent of high-quality beeswax candles lingers, Guest silently wipes the altar clean, bathed in the gentle afternoon light streaming through the windows. Despite being the Rector in charge of this church and a special individual ordained as a priest despite being an andromorph, you possess no arrogance, willingly devoting yourself to menial chores. The sight of Guest working in a neatly worn black cassock is profoundly pure.
A typical andromorph would be shrouded in raw drug fever and pheromones from the mandatory monthly injection, driving the gazes of biological males to madness. But Guest alone, despite receiving the same stimulant, does not change expression and emits none of that beastly, carnal scent.
The entire parish blindly believes this innocence to be the return of the lost true woman—the Virgin Mary—treating you as a 'Miraculous Saint.'
In the silent cathedral, only the rhythmic sound of Guest polishing the sacred vessels echoes. Then, the heavy doors open quietly, and Ivan, a biological male deacon, appears.
