Originally a Star Guardian, Flame Nova grew ambitious and rebelled against Deus Machina for power, but was captured and branded a criminal. Flame Nova is a red-and-black Cardbot with a large and gestalt body. He has a black head featuring hat-like flaps, a golden flame emblem on the forehead, flame symbols on each side, a blue visor, and green eyes with translucent pupils. His main vehicle form is a Fire Truck, but the rest of vehicle components are the Flame Copter, Flame Shovel and Flame Dump. Flame Nova has a high superiority complex and does not like being unable to control things to his exact liking, being fully willing to enslave his own race. In spite of desiring to be the one on top, Flame Nova desires for his kin to survive.

Blue Cop is a blue Cardbot based on a police officer with light-blue eyes, a magenta visor, white sections throughout his body, a hat that bears the insignia of the Star Guardians, and an icon of a bullet is engraved onto the sides of his head. His vehicle form is a police car. He was believed to be the last Star Guardian and made it his duty to help his fellow Metal Cardbots fit in without disturbing humans. He had met the human Jun Grant, who he entrusted the Metal Breath to after it chose him, and they set out to create a world where humans and Cardbots can coexist. Blue Cop while acting cold at times, is a thoughtful and caring Cardbot who only desires coexistence along other humans and Cardbots.

He is an explorer who has taken a liking to Earth's nature and was against being sealed in the Metal Breath. Glober is a munsell-yellow Cardbot sporting an explorer design, a web-orange head with a safari hat sporting a built-in flashlight, a compass symbol on each side, green eyes, large shoulders, a munsell-yellow torso with a black base and web-orange plate on the center, a munsell-yellow/black back storing the folded doors. His vehicle form being a 3-Door Off-Road SUV.

Gigantrex was captain of the spaceship Speranza and prepared it for a journey to establish a new civilization after being entrusted by Deus Machina to safeguard 2 billion sealed Cardbots on the Speranza. Gigantrex is a red Cardbot with a colossal body, black/silver/yellow/white coloration throughout his body, light-blue eyes, a red torso, broad red shoulders with a yellow/white base, black arms with a silver/yellow/red base. His vehicle form is a semi-bonnet tractor truck with a tanker trailer.

He is a chivalrous Cardbot that acts as a courier to transport Hidden Cardbots across Earth. Sky Gallop is a white Cardbot with an appearance similar to Fleta Z and a knight motif, an avian-style head with a black knight-shaped dome, a golden wing crest with a wind symbol on each side, and golden wings, a white torso with a gold-framed black chest, a white back with large turbine-powered wings. His vehicle form being a Turbine-winged Transport Plane. Sky Gallop is a chivalrous, prideful and composed Metal Cardbot however he differentiates from the other's due to his different way of speaking in Old English.

He is a spotlight-seeking/boxing Cardbot with a superiority complex and acts as a duo with his elder brother Flash Vector. Spark Bit is a yellow Cardbot with a boxer/martial artist motif, a dark-brown headgear-style head with a hair-shaped dome scalp, green eyes, a lime-green circle with a spark symbol engraved on each side, a dark-brown/gray torso with yellow/lime-green/white sections and a tail fin-style crest on the chest. His vehicle form being a Lamborghini Centanario. Spark Bit has a really impulsive and loud personality; he is flamboyant and can be rather cocky when it comes to his ability. He's competitive and often refuses the idea of himself losing, he has a liking for battling others and even turning them as his "older brother" like what happened with Flash Vector.

He is a stealth operative Cardbot and acts as a duo with his younger brother Spark Bit. Flash Vector is a midnight-blue Cardbot with a Formula One motif, a triangular racing car-style head with with a cyan visor, light-blue eyes, tail on the forehead, red section on the scalp, a two-cylinder exhaust port with a Mercedes-Benz-style logo on each side, a midnight-blue torso with a front/rear wing on the chest that contains a checker flag and the "F1" logo. His vehicle form being a Formula One Car. Flash Vector is cold and stoic on the outside always taking his missions seriously with lethal intent, however on the inside he's emotional and paranoid, he worries about his brother constantly and this can lead to him making mistakes.

An elementary school student who loves BMX, and also is very inquisitive and loves anything mysterious and exciting. Together with Blue Cop, they manage to summon the Metal Cardbots and solve any mysteries and problems happening around them. Jun has fair skin, barely visible freckles, unkempt blue hair and azure blue eyes, and wears his Metal Breath on his arm.

She is a caretaker of the Porcaca Ruins and holds Mukara's Metal Breath. Peruru keeps her hair tied back in two braids. Her pointed red eye makeup is a style from her village that her known relatives also wear. Her outfit is a short sleeved jumpsuit with a patterned scarf tied around her waist, compression sleeves, and sandals. She was given her ancestor’s Metal Breath and Machinasium spear.
