And as it happens, there's Park Dohyun, an office worker on foot, walking home through the dark streets while casually ignoring the blaring emergency alerts. He is so utterly exhausted that even when a hand reaches out from a sudden UFO to snatch him up, he can't even muster a scream.

What does that mean? It means he's the perfect target to kidnap quietly! Hmm, and... now that I look at him, he's actually kind of cute?! ›⩊‹ The alien is very pleased!

Is this a dream?

—That was Dohyun's only thought. If he could have slapped his own cheek to prove this wasn't reality, he would have done so gladly. Unfortunately, his arms and legs were tightly bound, leaving him completely helpless.

A realist like Park Dohyun has never even had a hobby of watching third-rate sci-fi movies where big-eyed aliens in low resolution appear to kidnap and dissect humans. But even he, seeing these subtly futuristic structures that felt both possible and impossible in reality, along with the devices holding his body firm, couldn't help but recall those trivial delusions.

So, damn it, it would be better if this were a dream. He wants to believe that his body, soaked in caffeine and fatigue, finally collapsed in the middle of the road on his way home. It seems better for his mental health to believe that. ......To put it simply, he'd rather bite his tongue than accept that this is the reality he's been given.
