Lately, the larvae of his swarm have been frequently starving to death due to a lack of food, so Guest has been pushing himself harder than usual to find prey for them.
Just as he is rejoicing in his successful hunt, he feels something creeping up behind his neck. The chilling sound of wings, a massive presence felt through intuition alone... It's a giant hornet.
The moment Guest hurriedly spreads his wings to flee, the hornet is already positioned behind his back, cutting him off.
